Online Reputation Management in the United Kingdom
In the UK, Trustpilot and Google reviews shape buying decisions overnight. We remove harmful content across Google, Trustpilot, Checkatrade and 200+ platforms — backed by the UK Online Safety Act, GDPR Right to Erasure and Defamation Act 2013.
We'll review your online presence and respond within 24 hours.
Why UK Businesses
Trust Erase Negative Links
The UK has one of the most review-conscious consumer markets in the world — and a single Trustpilot or Google review can shift perception overnight. We've spent 12+ years helping UK businesses and individuals take back control of their online narrative.
From Trustpilot and Google to Checkatrade and Companies House reviews, UK consumers check multiple sources before spending a penny. We know exactly which platforms shape your reputation here — and how to protect you on every one of them.
We're not an offshore firm pretending to understand UK law. With our Liverpool office and deep familiarity with the Online Safety Act, GDPR, and the Defamation Act 2013, we file requests that UK platforms and courts actually act on.
We've supported businesses across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and beyond — from sole traders to national brands. Our UK clients span retail, hospitality, finance, legal and healthcare — all with one thing in common: results.
No 12-month contracts, no hidden fees, no vague promises. We operate with the transparency UK clients expect — you'll know exactly what we're doing, why, and when to expect results before we start.

Actually Look First
UK consumers and clients rarely check just one source — they compare your standing across several local and global platforms before ever reaching out or spending a penny.
The first thing any UK customer sees. Star rating and reviews directly impact clicks, calls and footfall.
Dominant in the UK — particularly for e-commerce, finance, and services. High-visibility and heavily trusted.
The go-to platform for UK tradespeople. A low rating here can shut down leads for builders, plumbers and electricians overnight.
Publicly visible to every B2B buyer in the UK. Filing history, director records and company status — all searchable.
UK talent checks Glassdoor before accepting any offer. Negative employer reviews directly harm recruitment.
Agent ratings and landlord reviews on the UK's top property portals — critical for estate agents and letting agencies.
Restaurants, hotels and attractions in the UK live and die by TripAdvisor. One bad review streak can cost thousands.
Negative posts and comments spread fast in UK communities. We monitor and respond across all major platforms.

ExploreUK Law Protects You.
Here's Exactly How.
The UK now has some of the strongest online content removal laws in the world — fully enforced from 2025. Most people don't know they exist. We make sure you can use every one of them.
UK Laws That
Work in Your Favour
From the Online Safety Act — now fully enforced since March 2025 — to the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and the Defamation Act 2013, the UK legal framework gives individuals and businesses powerful, legally-enforceable tools to demand content removal.
Received Royal Assent October 2023, came into full force March 2025. All UK-accessible platforms must remove illegal content — including defamation, harassment, intimate image abuse and fraud. Ofcom is actively investigating non-compliant services. Fines up to £18 million or 10% of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. Tech executives can face personal criminal liability.
→ Fines up to £18M or 10% global revenue · Executive criminal liabilityPost-Brexit, UK GDPR is enshrined in domestic law via the Data Protection Act 2018. Article 17 gives you the Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") — you can request Google and any platform delete your personal data. Platforms must respond within 30 days. As of 2025, Google typically decides de-listing requests within 30–45 days and no longer notifies the original publisher when content is removed.
→ 30-day response obligation · Applies to Google, Bing and all UK-accessible servicesBecame law June 2025. Introduced Article 17(1)(g) — an extended Right to Erasure specifically covering malicious allegations made by stalkers or convicted offenders. Also introduced a new criminal offence of creating or requesting deepfake non-consensual intimate images. Commenced in full from March 2026.
→ New erasure right for malicious allegations · Deepfake creation now a criminal offenceA statement must cause or be likely to cause "serious harm" to your reputation to be actionable. Crucially, you do not need to prove financial loss for individuals — reputational damage is enough. Operators of websites hosting defamatory content can be held liable if they fail to respond to a complaint notice. The "concerns notice" process allows faster resolution without full litigation.
→ No financial loss required · Website operators liable if they ignore complaint noticesAs a UK Resident, You Have These Rights
Most people never take action against harmful online content — not because the law doesn't protect them, but because they don't know these rights exist. They do.
Under the Online Safety Act, if a platform fails to remove illegal or harmful content after your complaint, you can escalate to Ofcom. Ofcom has enforcement powers to compel removal — including from international platforms operating in the UK.
Under UK GDPR Article 17, you can request Google, Bing and other search engines remove links to content about you that is inadequate, irrelevant, or no longer relevant. Google must respond within 30–45 days and no longer notifies the original publisher.
Any organisation holding your personal data must delete it within 30 days of a valid request. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 extended this — now covering malicious allegations from stalkers or convicted offenders, commenced March 2026.
Under the Defamation Act 2013, if a false statement has caused or is likely to cause serious harm to your reputation, you can pursue legal action — without needing to prove financial loss. Website operators who ignore complaint notices can also be held directly liable.
We handle Ofcom complaints, UK GDPR erasure requests, Google de-listing submissions, platform notices and Defamation Act concerns notices — you never have to navigate it alone.
Google de-listing: 30–45 days. Platform direct requests: 3–10 business days. Ofcom escalation for urgent cases: can force removal within days. Defamation concerns notice: 5 days for platform response.
Yes. All requests are filed under our company details. Your identity is never disclosed to the platform, the content creator, or any third party at any stage of the process.
Free confidential consultation for UK businesses and individuals. We'll tell you exactly which laws apply to your situation and what we can remove.
